Michael V. Favia started his legal career working with one of the first Latino Alderman in the city of Chicago and subsequently as an assistant to the first Latino State Representative in Illinois. He later became an Assistant Attorney General fighting for the right of the consumer and the Latino community. Favia later became the Chief Prosecutor for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation where he oversaw the enforcement of the Illinois Laws and Rules pertaining to professional licensure and other health-related industries to protect the public.
